Role Purpose<\/strong><\/td>\nWe are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounting & Finance Manager<\/strong> to lead and manage all financial, accounting, and compliance functions of the organization. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate financial reporting, budgeting, internal control implementation<\/strong>, and regulatory compliance<\/strong> in alignment with KSA financial laws and other requirements<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

This role requires strong technical expertise, hands-on accounting knowledge<\/strong>, and the ability to drive financial strategy<\/strong> while maintaining daily operational excellence.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

1.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/strong>Financial Accounting & Reporting<\/strong><\/td>\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Manage day-to-day accounting operations including general ledger, payables, receivables, and reconciliations.<\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Ensure monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings are completed accurately and on time.<\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Prepare financial statements and management reports in accordance with IFRS and other relevant standards<\/strong>.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

2.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/strong>Budgeting & Forecasting<\/strong><\/td>\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Lead the annual budgeting process and periodic financial forecasts.<\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Monitor budget variances and recommend corrective actions to management.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

3.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/strong>Taxation & Compliance<\/strong><\/td>\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Ensure full compliance with Saudi tax regulations including VAT, Withholding Tax, Zakat, and E-invoicing<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Liaise with regulatory bodies and external tax consultants\/auditors when required.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

4.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/strong>Audit & Internal Controls<\/strong><\/td>\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Coordinate with external auditors and ensure successful and timely completion of annual audits.<\/p>\n

5.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/strong>Cash Flow & Treasury<\/strong><\/td>\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Monitor cash flow, banking transactions, and working capital requirements.<\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Prepare cash flow forecasts and manage banking relationships.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

6.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/strong>ERP & Financial Systems<\/strong><\/td>\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Oversee financial modules of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).<\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Ensure automation and digital record-keeping best practices.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
