Role Purpose<\/strong><\/td>\nInsights Corporate Finance & Deal Advisory Function is on the look for a Senior Consultant<\/strong> to lead a wide range of financial advisory projects<\/strong> by supporting both strategic and transactional initiatives. The Role spans from assisting in business development efforts to working on complex financial analyses and advisory deliverables by guiding project execution, supporting client interactions and managing team development<\/strong>. \u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Advice on the structuring and closing of financing for infrastructure projects and\/or procurement, including the development, structuring, and negotiation of contract terms and transaction documents.<\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Undertake Market Study and desktop research tasks.<\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Participate in business valuations, impairment testing, purchase price allocation, fairness opinions, sale purchase agreements, financial due diligence, feasibility studies, business plans (information memorandum), investor pitch, IPO Advisory and infrastructure \u2013 Real Estate\/Construction & PPP projects.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
