Role Purpose<\/strong><\/td>\nThe role supports the full lifecycle of real estate transactions including acquisitions, divestments, and capital raising through robust financial modeling, investment analysis, and deal structuring. It involves engaging with institutional investors and developers, conducting market research and feasibility studies, and staying ahead of capital market trends to deliver strategic, data-driven advisory across diverse real estate asset classes.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES<\/strong><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Support end-to-end real estate transaction advisory, including acquisitions, divestments, and capital raising.<\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Conduct investment analysis and financial modeling (DCF, IRR, sensitivity analysis).<\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Assist in deal structuring, underwriting, and preparation of investment memoranda.<\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Engage with institutional investors, funds, developers, and corporate occupiers.<\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Perform market research, feasibility studies, and portfolio optimization analyses.<\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Monitor market trends, capital flows, and regulatory developments impacting real estate and capital markets.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

What We\u2019re Looking For<\/strong><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 3\u20135 years of experience in real estate capital markets, investment banking, or advisory.<\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.<\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Understanding of real estate asset classes and investment structures.<\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Experience with institutional clients and capital providers is a plus.<\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint; exposure to Argus\/real estate tools\u00a0is\u00a0a\u00a0bonus.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n
