JOB SPECIFICATIONS<\/strong><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Experience \/ Skills<\/td>\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 At least 10 years of relevant experience (leading deal advisory projects) including in an Investment Bank, Brokerage House, Transaction Advisory Firm, Investment Fund or Investment team of a Corporate<\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with demonstrated Financial Modeling abilities in Excel is a must.<\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Excellent written and verbal communication skills, solid research and analytical skills and ability to work well both autonomously and in a team.<\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Expert level experience in multitasking with ability to set priorities as per given situation.<\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Fluent in English, and Arabic (is a plus).<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
