Role Purpose<\/td>\nLead all feasibility studies, highest & Best Use Studies & Market Studies with the help of team of consultants in KSA and across GCC<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES<\/strong><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
1.<\/td>\nLead all feasibility studies, highest & Best Use Studies & Market Studies with the help of team of consultants in KSA and across GCC<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
2.<\/td>\nBuild strong, trust-based relationships with key client decision makers and internal\/external partners<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
3.<\/td>\nProactively manage each stage of the end-to-end research process<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
4.<\/td>\nWriting project winning proposals.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
5.<\/td>\nTo manage complex real estate advisory Projects<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
6.<\/td>\nBuild a professional real estate advisory team to cater all types of clients requirements<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
7.<\/td>\nEnsure Research\/advisory standards are implemented and enhanced as client expectations continue to evolve and change in the marketplace<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
8.<\/td>\nEnsure the services provided to clients are timely and precise according to client business needs and specifications while meeting the company’s quality standards<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
9.<\/td>\nBuild and maintain ongoing relationships with the identified key persons within the client organization<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
10.<\/td>\nEnsure staff are trained to handle client requirements<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
