1.<\/td>\nThorough knowledge of GCC real estate sector and sound intellect of major real estate developers and investors active at regional and international level<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
2.<\/td>\nBuild strong, trust-based relationships with key clients and decision-makers<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
3.<\/td>\nProactive communication skills with real estate developers, investors and other related stakeholders<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
4.<\/td>\nWork with minimum supervision and a great deal of flexibility<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
5.<\/td>\nAbility to cater all types of client\u2019s requirements related with technical and project-related information<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
6.<\/td>\nTo prioritize tasks effectively and work on multiple projects in parallel<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
