2.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Reporting & Analysis<\/td>\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Prepare confidential information memoranda, teaser, pitch deck and other marketing materials for the transaction.<\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Conduct in-depth financial analysis to evaluate potential investment opportunities, mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

Knowledge \/ Skills<\/td>\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with demonstrated Financial Modeling abilities in Excel is a must.<\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Excellent written and verbal communication skills, solid research and analytical skills, and ability to work well both autonomously and in a team.<\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Expert level experience in multitasking with the ability to set priorities as per a given situation.<\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Fluent in English, and Arabic (is a plus).<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

Certifications<\/td>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field. An advanced degree (MBA, CFA) is a plus.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
