Role Purpose<\/strong><\/td>\nThe External Communication will be responsible for ensuring consistent, accurate, and impactful communication of the HT\/FL Project\u2019s progress, performance, and key milestones to internal and external stakeholders, including EXCOM, Board of Directors, and strategic partners. The role serves as the central point for developing high-quality executive reports, management dashboards, and communication materials that align with corporate standards and governance expectations.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Translate complex technical and financial data into clear, visually engaging executive summaries and presentations.<\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Prepare communication briefs, progress summaries, and milestone reports for external partners, investors, and regulatory entities as required.<\/p>\n

2.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/strong>\u00a0Data Coordination & Consolidation<\/strong><\/td>\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Coordinate with the PMO, Engineering, Procurement, and Finance teams to consolidate and validate project data.<\/p>\n

3.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/strong>MIS Framework & Governance Alignment<\/strong><\/td>\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Design and manage the project MIS framework ensuring accurate, timely, and automated data flow for decision-making.<\/p>\n
