Role Purpose<\/td>\nAccounts Executive<\/strong> is responsible for overseeing the firm\u2019s financial records, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and maintaining compliance with applicable financial regulations. The role includes end-to-end bookkeeping oversight, preparation of financial statements, management of billing and collections, account reconciliations, and support in budget planning and financial analysis.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

Bookkeeping and Financial Records:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records<\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Record all financial transactions in the accounting system (e.g, Invoices, expenses, etc)<\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Reconcile bank statements and manage general ledger accounts on a scheduled basis set by the Manager<\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Financial Reporting:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and submit it to the Manager for review.<\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Assist with the preparation and submission of tax returns and compliance reports<\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Prepare various financial statements and reports for Manager\u2019s review. Including but not limited to:<\/p>\n

– Daily\/monthly payment and settlement statements<\/p>\n

– Profit statements<\/p>\n

– VAT reports<\/p>\n

– Outstanding invoice reports<\/p>\n

– Accounts receivable aging reports<\/p>\n

– Invoice follow-up report from all departments<\/p>\n

Billing and Collections:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Prepare and issue client invoices, credit notes, trust request, etc.<\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Track accounts receivable and assist in follow ups on overdue accounts<\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Manage trust accounts and ensure compliance with legal requirements<\/p>\n

Accounts Payable:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments<\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Manage expense reports and reimbursements for both clients and employee accounts<\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Reconcile accounts payable balances as scheduled by the manager<\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Budgeting and Forecasting:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts<\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Assist in monitoring the budget performance and report variances<\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Assist in preparation of financial data that would help the Manager in decision making and strategic planning<\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Internal Controls and Compliance:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Implement and maintain effective internal controls and support any firmwide API integration with other firmwide software related to the firms’ financials<\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Support external audits and provide necessary requirements of the General Authority of Zakat and Tax.<\/p>\n

Financial Analysis:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Conduct financial analysis to identify trends and variances to aid Manager in producing an accurate reports<\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Provide insights and recommendations for financial improvements<\/p>\n
