Role Purpose Accountable and responsible for all the tasks and assignments delegated under the ambit of the “Corporate Finance & Deal Advisory” practice at Insights.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & ACTIVITIES
Key Accountabilities Key Activities
1.        Deal Advisory ·       Support in the deal advisory mandates including M&A, capital raising, PE transactions from the initial pitch to closing.
2.        Reporting & Analysis ·       Prepare confidential information memoranda, teaser, pitch deck and other marketing materials for the transaction.

·       Conduct in-depth financial analysis to evaluate potential investment opportunities, mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.

3.        Financial Modelling ·       Develop and maintain complex financial models to support performance analysis, forecasting, and decision-making processes.

·       Provide insights and recommendations based on financial modeling outcomes.

4.        Client Interaction ·       Prepare proposals for potential clients, clearly articulating the value proposition and financial benefits of advisory services.

·       Interact with clients to understand needs and deliver exception advisory solutions.

5.        Market Research ·       Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

·       Provide insights and recommendations based on thorough market research

JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Knowledge / Skills ·      Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with demonstrated Financial Modeling abilities in Excel is a must.

·      Excellent written and verbal communication skills, solid research and analytical skills, and ability to work well both autonomously and in a team.

·      Expert level experience in multitasking with the ability to set priorities as per a given situation.

·      Fluent in English, and Arabic (is a plus).

Education /

Certifications

·     Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field. An advanced degree (MBA, CFA) is a plus.
Other Information ·     This position comes with an opportunity to be placed at Insights Riyadh Office on secondment for a minimum period of 3 months (depending on the performance evaluation every year).
