With over nine years of experience in financial advisory, corporate finance, and equity research, Muhammad has made impactful contributions across various sectors, including real estate, aerospace, FMCG, IT, and industrials. Starting his career at Deloitte in transaction advisory, he progressed to leadership roles at 2iQ and Colliers, where he specialized in research and investment advisory. Throughout his career, Muhammad has collaborated with high-profile clients such as Emaar, Kidana, and Al Rajhi. In his last role, he successfully executed M&A deals worth $1.5 billion and raised over $500 million through primary and secondary offerings, including securing $170 million in Series C funding for a startup.
Experience
Among his notable projects, Muhammad conducted financial feasibility studies for Stadium 974 Qatar, King Salman Park and Hamad International Airport in Qatar, led joint ventures for hotel developments in the KSA, UAE, Qatar, Azerbaijan and Pakistan, and facilitated a $1.1B transaction for the Central Business District leading creation of closed-end fund between Nova City Developer and Bayraktar Insaat.
His expertise spans feasibility studies, highest and best use studies, financial modelling, risk assessment, deal structuring, and capital raising, with a strong focus on sectors like aerospace, healthcare, hospitality, residential and logistics.
