2.Main Responsibility | ||||
· Review and record requests for change (RFCs)
· Evaluate impact on change requests · Prioritize changes according to business objectives · Manage the transition of changes from the development team to operations · Govern the change management process · Ability to conduct Change Advisory Board (CAB) · Coordinate the building, testing, and implementation of changes · Mediate conflicts related to the change where necessary · Monitor Post Implementation Reviews (PIRs) after the implementation of changes · Maintain all change documentation (policies, procedures, templates, etc.) · Produce Weekly progress reports and dashboards |

3.Detailed Tasks | ||||
· Ensure the tasks related to every change request proper release notes and rollback
· Validate the changes in term of scope, impact and release window prior the approval · Prepare pre-CAB, CAB and management CAB by identifying the qualified changes to be within the agenda · Provide weekly, monthly and quarterly reports for the change’s status |

– Above 5 years in same field
Qualifications: – Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field – ITIL Training/ Certificate [Preferred] |

– Knowledge in SDLC and Project management lifecycle
– Knowledge in developing processes – Knowledge in Service Management (Change Management and Release Management) – Written and verbal communication skills are a must – General knowledge on Microsoft Office – General knowledge Operating systems – General knowledge Storage – General knowledge Databases |
