Role Purpose A candidate is required for the position of Assistant Manager – Financial & Risk Advisory, with a particular focus on clients requiring IT Risk, Information Security, and Technology Governance expertise. The role involves managing and executing advisory engagements including IT risk assessments, information security audits, SOP development for IT functions, process reviews, and digital risk gap analysis, applicable across both financial and non-financial sectors. The selected candidate will work closely with business and technology leaders to deliver strategic and operational insights, ensuring alignment with cybersecurity standards, regulatory frameworks, and industry best practices in IT risk management.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & ACTIVITIES

1.       Client Management and Relationship Building You’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

·       Write and present winning proposals to support our clients in the Kingdom.

·       Undertake client delivery work in KSA including IT operational improvement, Business process re-engineering, digital transformation projects; IT internal audits; SOPs development; and IT risk management.

·       Support the development of new propositions to help our client standardize their operations in the most efficient and effective manner.

2.       Assignment Execution ·       Execute end-to-end consulting engagements focused on meeting client requirements, regulatory standards and best practices.

·       Develop yourself personally, taking a keen interest in trends in industry, updates to regulatory frameworks and the impact on our clients so you can help shape their thinking and our success in the market.

3.       Team Play ·       Work and coordinate with colleagues in Kingdom on client work and internal initiatives as well as with international teams where appropriate; and keep up to date with current trends from the region and from across the world.
4.       Assistance to Senior Management ·       Contribute towards strategic development along side day to day ad-hoc tasks assigned by the senior management.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Knowledge / Skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to perform and present IT risk assessments, audit analytics, and control mapping effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a deep understanding of IT general controls (ITGCs), information security frameworks (such as ISO 27001, NIST), and technology governance standards across financial and non-financial sectors.
  • Proven ability to engage with stakeholders across business and IT functions, maintaining professional integrity and delivering risk-aligned solutions within complex, regulated environments.
  • Excellent multitasking and project coordination abilities, managing concurrent IT audits, cyber risk assessments, and SOP development initiatives under tight timelines.
  • Demonstrated commitment to regulatory compliance (e.g., SAMA, NCA, GDPR) and internal policy frameworks, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of high-quality advisory outputs.
  • Fluent in English with clear, structured communication skills—critical for delivering technical findings and recommendations to both IT and non-IT stakeholders.
Education /

Certifications

·     Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or Information Technology

·     Master’s degree in a related field (e.g., MIS, IT Governance, Risk Management, Cybersecurity) is a plus

·     Qualified/ part qualified CA / Qualified ACCA /

·     CISA

·     CISM

Experience ·     At-least 5 years’ experience preferably in Big4 or any other reputed firm

·     Preferably in IT Risk Advisory, Information Risk Management, Technology Risk Consulting

Package ·     Depending upon Experience.
