Role Purpose | Responsible for overseeing the business & financial operations of the Branch including Business Development (BD), Profitability and Reporting | ||
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & ACTIVITIES | |||

1. Strategic Development | · Building and developing a Business Strategy Plan to Increase the market share of Branch, add new Service line Revenue, Increase share of Wallet, Territorial expansion, and Profitability
· Strategic planning to Improve Business results · Planning for successful management of Branch Profit and Balance Sheet |

2. Business Development and Client’s Management | · Develop a good understanding of the Business, Region, and offered services
· Developing a complete understanding of Clients’ needs regarding offered services · Maintain a good understanding of the client business segment and of solutions proposed by the competition · Developing a solid and trusting relationship between major key clients and the company · Continually develop “Insights” brand and build increasing awareness in the marketplace · Prepare a Weekly/monthly business development plan by considering Insights’ services segments and Saudi Arabia’s market (especially the Branch) and targeted clients · Close new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating proposals · Responsible for own and Team’s Revenue Targets |

3. Execution and Services Delivery | · Responsible for the Timely and effective Execution of services required by the clients
· Ensuring client needs are addressed on time as per the agreed scope of work and timeline · Improve the organization’s reputation in the market by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments · Responsible for building clients’ portfolios for recurring business opportunities · Building and marinating a long lasting business relationship during the services delivery phase in order to increase re-selling and cross selling of services |

4. Team Management | · Building and retaining competent and professional team for successful Operations of Branch
· Managing and training the team for successful delivery of Insights Services · Responsible for team’s performance and its performance improvement |

5. Management Reporting | · Regularly share daily, weekly and monthly reports related to Regional activities containing revenue target achieved, mature business deals, new leads, high-value prospects
· Service delivery and ongoing projects’ progress reporting · Profitability and Cash flow reporting · Responsible for Implementing controls to ensure compliance with government regulations regarding financial reporting and disclosures of the Region. · Managing budgets and forecasting future needs for capital expenditures or hiring more staff members |

Knowledge / Skills | · Ability to meet targets and assigned tasks
· Aptitude in networking and building relationships · Ability to prioritize and meet critical deadlines · Strong communication and inter-personnel skills for interacting with C-level executives of clients · Fluent in English & Arabic (Verbal & Written) |

Education /
Certifications |
· CA/ACCA or any other relevant Certification. | ||
Experience | · Five years’ previous work experience in any financial and management consultancy firm along with a good understanding of Sales Management, Business Development, Key Account Management, B2B Sales
· Driving license for Saudi Arabia . Preference will be given to those having Big 4 experience. |
