| Job Title | Finance Manager |

| Role Purpose | A results-driven and detail-oriented Finance Manager is required to oversee financial operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and support business decision-making. The ideal candidate will have strong finance knowledge, hands-on experience in the Saudi market, along with the ability to manage budgeting, reporting, taxation, financial controls and vendor registration. |
| KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & ACTIVITIES | |

| 1. Financial Management & Reporting | • Manage daily finance operations, including bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, and general ledger.
• Prepare timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. • Generate financial analysis reports to support business strategy and cost control. |
| 2. Budgeting & Forecasting | • Lead the budgeting process and monitor actuals against budgeted figures.
• Prepare variance analysis and financial forecasts for management review. |
| 3. Internal Controls & Audit | • Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and address findings effectively. |
| 4. Cash Flow & Treasury Management | • Manage daily cash flow, bank transactions, and financial liquidity.
• Optimize working capital and manage vendor payments and receivables. |
| 5. ERP & Financial Systems | • Oversee implementation and optimization of ERP systems (e.g., SAP – Ariba, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
• Ensure consistent use of accounting standards and systems. |
| 6. Strategic Finance Partner | • Act as a strategic business partner to the Group CEO/CFO and executive team.
• Support evaluations, feasibility studies, cost-benefit analyses, and investment appraisals. |
| 7. Team Leadership & Development | • Lead and mentor the finance team ensuring high performance and knowledge sharing.
• Build a strong compliance and reporting culture aligned with the company values. |
| 8. Dealing with Government Entities | • Managing financial interactions with government authorities in compliance with local regulations.
• Preparing and submitting required documentation, facilitating approvals, and maintaining professional relationships to ensure smooth operations. |
| 9. Vendor Registration & Portal Management | • Managing vendor onboarding, registration, and updates through SAP and ARIBA portals.
• Monitoring workflows, ensuring vendor compliance, and coordinating with internal teams for timely approvals and payments. |
| JOB SPECIFICATIONS | |
| Knowledge / Skills | • Strong command of IFRS, and relevant rules
• Excellent Excel and financial modelling skills • Proficiency in accounting/ERP systems • Strong interpersonal and professional communication abilities, enabling effective collaboration with government bodies, vendors, and internal stakeholders. • Capability of presenting financial reports, negotiating, and resolving issues efficiently while fostering positive relationships. • Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus |

Certifications |
• A degree in Finance, or a related field
• Professional certification like CA /CPA/CMA/ACCA is preferred |
| Experience | • 3 – 5 years within Saudi Arabian (KSA) market with knowledge of local financial regulations is a must
• At least 3 years’ experience in supervisory or managerial capacity • Ample experience in SAP – Ariba portal |
