Role Purpose

You are responsible for leading the design team and creating visually compelling content that aligns with the brand’s vision and marketing strategy. The role requires a blend of creativity, leadership, and technical design skills to oversee the development of digital and print materials, ensuring consistency across all channels. This position plays a key role in driving the company’s visual identity, managing projects from conception to delivery, and ensuring all designs meet high-quality standards and deadlines.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & ACTIVITIES

1.       Design Leadership ·       Lead the graphic design team in producing innovative and high-quality visual content across digital and print platforms.

·       Establish design processes and guidelines to ensure consistency and efficiency in project delivery.

2.       Brand Management ·       Ensure all designs are aligned with the company’s branding and marketing objectives.

·       Maintain and update brand guidelines to keep visual identity consistent across all channels.

3.       Creative Strategy ·       Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop compelling design concepts that support campaigns and product launches.

·       Lead brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas for design projects.

4.       Project Management ·       Oversee the design process from conception to delivery, ensuring all projects are completed on time and within budget.

·       Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders.

·       Review and approve design outputs to ensure adherence to quality standards and brand guidelines and also perform final checks on all material before sharing further.

5.       Innovation & Trend Analysis ·       Stay up to date with industry trends and integrate innovative design approaches into projects.

·       Experiment with new tools and techniques to continuously improve design efficiency and quality.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS
 

 

 

Knowledge / Skills

·      Strong understanding of brand identity, typography, color theory, and layout design.

·      Knowledge of marketing principles and how design supports marketing initiatives.

·      Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, or Sketch.

·      Strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of creative design projects (digital and print).

·      Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions to non-design stakeholders.

·      Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

·      Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.

·      Ability to mentor and develop a team, fostering a creative and collaborative work environment.

Education /

Certifications

·     Having a professional certification will be a plus.
