| 1. | Thorough knowledge of GCC real estate sector and sound intellect of major real estate developers and investors active at regional and international level | |||
| 2. | Build strong, trust-based relationships with key clients and decision-makers | |||
| 3. | Proactive communication skills with real estate developers, investors and other related stakeholders | |||
| 4. | Work with minimum supervision and a great deal of flexibility | |||
| 5. | Ability to cater all types of client’s requirements related with technical and project-related information | |||
| 6. | To prioritize tasks effectively and work on multiple projects in parallel | |||
| 7. | Ensure the information provided to potential investors and stakeholders are timely and precise according to client business needs while meeting the company’s quality standards | |||
