| Role Purpose | Accountable and responsible for all the tasks and assignments delegated under the ambit of the “Corporate Finance & Deal Advisory” practice at Insights. | ||
| KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & ACTIVITIES | |||
| Key Accountabilities | Key Activities | ||
| 1. Deal Advisory | · Support in the deal advisory mandates including M&A, capital raising, PE transactions from the initial pitch to closing. | ||
| 2. Reporting & Analysis | · Prepare confidential information memoranda, teaser, pitch deck and other marketing materials for the transaction.
· Conduct in-depth financial analysis to evaluate potential investment opportunities, mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. |
||
| 3. Financial Modelling | · Develop and maintain complex financial models to support performance analysis, forecasting, and decision-making processes.
· Provide insights and recommendations based on financial modeling outcomes. |
||
| 4. Client Interaction | · Prepare proposals for potential clients, clearly articulating the value proposition and financial benefits of advisory services.
· Interact with clients to understand needs and deliver exception advisory solutions. |

| 5. Market Research | · Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
· Provide insights and recommendations based on thorough market research |

| JOB SPECIFICATIONS | |||
| Knowledge / Skills | · Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with demonstrated Financial Modeling abilities in Excel is a must.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, solid research and analytical skills, and ability to work well both autonomously and in a team. · Expert level experience in multitasking with the ability to set priorities as per a given situation. · Fluent in English, and Arabic (is a plus). |

Certifications |
· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field. An advanced degree (MBA, CFA) is a plus. | ||
| Other Information | · This position comes with an opportunity to be placed at Insights Riyadh Office on secondment for a minimum period of 3 months (depending on the performance evaluation every year). | ||
