Role Purpose | Accountable and responsible for all the tasks and assignments delegated under the ambit of “Corporate Finance & Deal Advisory” practice at Insights. | ||
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & ACTIVITIES | |||

1. Portfolio Monitoring | · Generate detailed monthly reports for each portfolio company, encompassing performance analysis, developments, and challenges.
· Conduct variance analysis to identify key drivers impacting performance. · Stay abreast of industry/sector developments related to portfolio companies and provide insightful updates. · Perform performance analysis relative to long-term business plans. · Prepare comprehensive annual report for the overall portfolio and companies. · Review governance structures and provide recommendations for improvement. |

2. Market Research | · Conduct thorough market studies to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks affecting portfolio companies.
· Analyze market dynamics, competitor behavior, and regulatory changes to inform strategic decision-making. |

3. Financial Modelling | · Develop and maintain complex financial models to support performance analysis, forecasting, and decision-making processes.
· Provide insights and recommendations based on financial modeling outcomes. |
||
4. Client Management | · Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including portfolio company executives and internal teams.
· Act as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate responses. |

5. Enhanced Reporting | · Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting as requested by senior management.
· Respond to special projects and data inquiries, providing timely and accurate information for decision-making purposes. |

JOB SPECIFICATIONS | |||
Knowledge / Skills | · Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with demonstrated Financial Modeling abilities in Excel is a must.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, solid research and analytical skills and ability to work well both autonomously and in a team. · Expert level experience in multitasking with ability to set priorities as per given situation. · Fluent in English, and Arabic (is a plus). |

· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field. Advanced degree (MBA, CFA) is a plus. |
