Role Purpose Accountable and responsible for all the tasks and assignments delegated under the ambit of the “Corporate Finance & Deal Advisory” practice at Insights.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & ACTIVITIES
Key Accountabilities Key Activities
1.        Business Development Assist the senior management in preparation of technical & financial proposals.

Preparation of Engagement Letters.

Quality Improvement of the Insights’ business development & marketing material i.e. teasers, flyers, blogs, articles.

2.        Execution to Achieve Set Targets Responsible for assisting clients in the development and implementation of strategies to advance large scale infrastructure projects.

Drafting procurement documents and required schedules.

Business case preparation, investment pitch decks, marketing materials, risk analysis and quantification.

Advise on the structuring and closing of financing for infrastructure projects and/or procurements, including the development, structuring, and negotiation of contract terms and transaction documents.

Analyze competitive industry, financial conditions of peer companies, evaluate business plans & financial statements.

Undertake Market Study and desktop research tasks.

Development of Financial Models.

Participate in business valuations, impairment testing, purchase price allocation, fairness opinions, sale purchase agreements, financial due diligence, feasibility studies, business plans (information memorandum), investor pitch, IPO Advisory and infrastructure – Real Estate/Construction & PPP projects.

3.        Presentation to clients Delivering final presentation on the deliverables to clients when required.
4.        Team Management Manage and mentor interns to achieve set targets and goals.

Leadership and management of the project team ensuring positive interaction with other teams in the organization.

Responsible for motivating and advising junior staff to improve their performance.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Knowledge / Skills Experience with large-scale infrastructure projects with proven project management skills

Project Financing knowledge, with an understanding of project financial modelling and financing markets.

Experience structuring infrastructure financing transactions and/or procurements and the commercial aspects of the associated documentation.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office with demonstrated Financial Modeling abilities in Excel is a must.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, solid research and analytical skills and ability to work well both autonomously and in a team.

Expert level experience in multitasking with ability to set priorities as per given situation.

Proactive and self-starter with ability and desire to improve effectiveness.

Fluent in English and Arabic (is a plus).

Certifications

·     ACCA/ACA/CFA designation preferred.
