2.Main Responsibility   
·       Review and record requests for change (RFCs)

·       Evaluate impact on change requests

·       Prioritize changes according to business objectives

·       Manage the transition of changes from the development team to operations

·       Govern the change management process

·       Ability to conduct Change Advisory Board (CAB)

·       Coordinate the building, testing, and implementation of changes

·       Mediate conflicts related to the change where necessary

·       Monitor Post Implementation Reviews (PIRs) after the implementation of changes

·       Maintain all change documentation (policies, procedures, templates, etc.)

·       Produce Weekly progress reports and dashboards

3.Detailed Tasks
·       Ensure the tasks related to every change request proper release notes and rollback

·       Validate the changes in term of scope, impact and release window prior the approval

·       Prepare pre-CAB, CAB and management CAB by identifying the qualified changes to be within the agenda

·       Provide weekly, monthly and quarterly reports for the change’s status

6.Job Purpose
 To maintain production environment by validating the changes and releases through change management policy and procedure.

8. Required Years of Experience
–           Above 5 years in same field

Qualifications:

–          Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field

–          ITIL Training/ Certificate [Preferred]

9         Required Technical Knowledge
–          Knowledge in SDLC and Project management lifecycle

–          Knowledge in developing processes

–          Knowledge in Service Management (Change Management and Release Management)

–          Written and verbal communication skills are a must

–          General knowledge on Microsoft Office

–          General knowledge Operating systems

–          General knowledge Storage

–          General knowledge Databases
