Role Purpose As a VP-Business Development, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive business development strategy, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and expanding our market reach.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & ACTIVITIES
Major Responsibilities
·       Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy aligned with the company’s overall objectives.

·       Responsible for closing business deals to meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly revenue targets.

·       Manage the complete business development cycle until the collection of revenue.

·       Build and grow client relationships in government, semi-government, multinational, listed, and unlisted companies.

·       Identify and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and emerging client needs, and incorporate those inputs into the implementation of business growth strategy.

·       Implement and utilize key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and measure business development success across all channels.

·       Provide regular reports and updates to the leadership team on business development activities and outcomes.

·       Spearhead a team of business development professionals, fostering a culture of mentorship and professional growth.

·       Represent the company at industry conferences, seminars, and networking events as the face of the company.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS
 

Qualifications

.       Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration from a recognized university (Master’s degree preferred).

.       Proven track record of success in achieving revenue targets.

.       Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building, presentation, and negotiation skills.

.       Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

.       Strategic thinking and decision-making capabilities.

.       Preferably a Western candidate or Bilingual

.       Previous GCC experience is a big plus but not mandatory.

Experience ·       10+ years of progressive experience in business development and sales, preferably in the management consultancy or services sector.
