Managed Cyber Defence in Saudi Arabia
Attackers don’t keep office hours. The alert that matters usually lands on a Friday night, or during a holiday, or ten minutes after your IT team logs off. If nobody is watching at that moment, a small intrusion has all the time it needs to become a big one.
Our managed cyber defence service gives you a team that is watching, every hour of every day. We find your weak points before attackers do, track the threats aimed at organizations like yours, monitor your environment around the clock, and take charge when something goes wrong.
Five ways we defend your business
Vulnerability management
Most breaches exploit weaknesses that were already known but never fixed. We combine automated vulnerability assessments with continuous external attack surface management to identify exposed assets and vulnerabilities across your environment. We prioritize findings based on real-world risk rather than raw severity scores, provide your team with a short, ordered remediation list, and then re-test to confirm that fixes have worked.
Threat intelligence
A generic threat feed tells you everything and helps with nothing. We filter intelligence down to the actors, campaigns and techniques relevant to your sector and region, and feed it directly into detection and patching priorities. You hear about what matters to you, in plain language.
Dedicated 24×7 SOC
Your Saudi Arabia-based Security Operations Centre (SOC) is staffed by analysts who learn your environment, not a rotating queue shared with hundreds of other clients. They monitor logs, endpoints and network activity, investigate alerts, and escalate only what needs your attention.
Penetration testing and red teaming
A penetration test checks whether specific systems can be broken into. A red team exercise goes further and asks whether a determined attacker could reach your most important assets without being noticed, and whether your people and alerts would catch them. We run both, using strict black-box penetration testing methodologies alongside targeted red teaming, with our approach informed by recognized industry practices including OSCP, CREST, OWASP and the MITRE ATT&CK framework. We write the reports for two audiences: a detailed technical appendix for your engineers and a clear, plain-language summary for your leadership.
Incident response and crisis management
When an incident hits, the technical work is only half the problem. Someone also has to decide who to tell, what to say, and what to shut down. We contain the threat, investigate what happened, restore operations, and support your leadership through the decisions, including regulator and stakeholder communication. We also help you prepare in advance with response plans and tabletop exercises. [Add retainer options or response-time commitments.]
What it looks like when these work together
The five services are stronger as one program than as separate purchases. Vulnerability scans show where you are exposed. Threat intelligence shows which of those gaps attackers are actively using. The SOC watches those exact areas first. Penetration tests check whether the whole setup holds up. And if something still gets through, the incident response team already knows your systems and your people. You can start with one service and add others as you grow.
Why Insights
- We understand regulated Saudi industries, so our monitoring and reporting line up with NCA, SAMA and PDPL expectations. [Confirm which frameworks your reports map to.]
- You get one accountable team instead of five vendors passing blame.
- Reports you can act on: plain language first, technical detail underneath.
- [Add a real proof point: years in operation, number of incidents handled, team size, certifications, or a short-anonymized client story.]
Getting started
We begin with a short conversation about your systems, your biggest worries and what protection you already have. From there we suggest a starting point, which for many clients is a vulnerability assessment or a SOC onboarding, and agree a plan before anything is signed.
Common questions
What is managed cyber defence?
It means an external team takes on ongoing responsibility for finding weaknesses, watching for attacks and responding to incidents, so you don’t need to build all of that in-house.
Do we need a 24×7 SOC if we already have an IT team?
Usually yes, if your systems matter to the business. Most IT teams cannot cover nights, weekends and holidays, and attackers know it. A SOC adds specialist coverage without replacing your team.
What is the difference between penetration testing and red teaming?
Penetration testing seeks to identify as many weaknesses as possible within a defined scope. Red teaming simulates a real attacker with a specific goal, and tests your detection and response as much as your technology.
Can we start with just one service?
Yes. Many clients begin with vulnerability management or a penetration test and add monitoring and response later.
