Role Purpose |
The Graphic Designer is responsible for supporting the design team in creating visually appealing and brand-aligned designs for digital and print platforms. The role requires creativity, attention to detail, and technical design skills to assist in the development of marketing materials, social media creatives, presentations, branding assets, and other visual content. This position plays an important role in maintaining design quality, supporting campaign execution, and ensuring timely delivery of creative assignments. | ||

| 1. Creative Design Support | · Assist in creating high-quality visual content for digital and print platforms, including social media posts, banners, brochures, flyers, presentations, and marketing materials.
· Support the design team in developing creative concepts based on project requirements and brand guidelines. |

| 2. Brand Consistency | · Ensure all designs are aligned with the company’s brand identity, visual standards, and marketing objectives.
· Follow existing brand guidelines related to typography, colors, layouts, and visual elements. |

| 3. Design Execution | · Prepare design drafts, layouts, and final artwork as per assigned briefs.
· Make revisions based on feedback from seniors, managers, or internal stakeholders. · Ensure design files are properly organized and ready for final use or sharing. |

| 4. Coordination & Timely Delivery | · Coordinate with internal teams to understand design requirements and project expectations.
· Manage assigned tasks efficiently and ensure completion within agreed timelines. · Support multiple design tasks while maintaining quality and attention to detail. |

| 5. Learning & Trend Awareness | · Stay updated with current design trends, tools, and creative techniques.
· Continuously improve design skills and software knowledge to contribute more effectively to the team. |

| JOB SPECIFICATIONS | |||
|
Knowledge / Skills |
· Good understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and visual composition.
· Knowledge of brand identity and design principles. · Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. · Familiarity with Figma, Canva, or other design tools will be a plus. · Ability to create designs for both digital and print platforms. · Strong attention to detail and ability to follow creative briefs. · Good communication and coordination skills. · Ability to manage assigned tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. · A creative portfolio showcasing relevant design work is required. |

Certifications |
· Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field will be preferred.
· Having a professional certification will be a plus. |
