Role Purpose | A candidate is required for the position of I.T Manager. The candidate shall be responsible for the handling and overseeing the implementation and maintenance of ERP (SAP). Reporting of the group and support the executive management and implementation team by offering insights that will allow them to make the best business
decisions for the company. |
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & ACTIVITIES | |

1. Project Planning and Execution: | · Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation.
· Oversee all project activities, ensuring adherence to project deliverables and timelines. · Monitor project progress and identify potential risks, proactively implementing mitigation strategies. |
2. ERP and SAP
Implementation |
· Lead the implementation of ERP and SAP systems, working closely with business stakeholders and IT teams.
· Conduct requirements gathering and analysis to ensure the ERP and SAP systems align with business objectives. · Configure and customize ERP and SAP systems to meet specific organizational needs. · Manage data migration and integration processes. · Oversee testing and quality assurance activities. |
3. Stakeholder Management | · Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executive leadership, business units, and IT teams.
· Effectively communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders. · Facilitate decision-making and resolve conflicts. |

· Lead and motivate project teams, providing guidance and support.
· Foster a collaborative and productive work environment. · Develop and manage project team members’ skills and performance. |
JOB SPECIFICATIONS | |
Knowledge / Skills | · Proven experience in managing complex IT projects, particularly ERP and SAP implementations.
· Deep understanding of ERP and SAP methodologies, including best practices and challenges. · Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. · Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. |
Education / Certifications | · Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
· PMP certification or equivalent project management qualification. · |
Experience | · Minimum 10 years of experience in I.T.
· Experience in Textile Industry Preferred. |
