Role Purpose The Senior Associate – Financial & Risk Advisory supports the delivery of advisory engagements related to IFRA, financial analysis, risk assessment, internal controls, governance, and regulatory compliance. The role involves executing client assignments, preparing analytical reports, supporting risk frameworks, and contributing to advisory projects across multiple industries.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & ACTIVITIES
Major Responsibilities
·       Support execution of financial reporting, accounting and risk advisory engagements including IFRS implementation, risk assessments, process reviews, and internal control evaluations.

·       Perform financial analysis, data validation, and documentation for advisory projects.

·       Assist in development of risk registers, control matrices, and compliance frameworks.

·       Prepare client reports, presentations, and working papers.

·       Support internal audit, enterprise risk management (ERM), and governance-related assignments.

·       Coordinate with clients to gather data, conduct interviews, and validate findings.

·       Ensure deliverables meet quality standards, timelines, and client expectations.

·       Contribute to proposal development, research, and thought leadership.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS
 

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field / Professional certifications (ACA, ACCA, CIA)
  • 3–5 years of experience in financial advisory, internal audit, or consulting.
  • Strong exposure to financial reporting, financial analysis, internal audit, or governance frameworks.
  • Experience working with clients across multiple industries preferred.
